By enrolling in our courses or purchasing any service from Viretonaa, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All payments made on Viretonaa.com are processed securely through verified payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal.
Every program, class, or subscription offered by Viretonaa involves personalized guidance, reserved scheduling, and access to digital resources.

Because of this, refunds are handled with fairness, transparency, and respect for both participants and facilitators.

💫 2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service or program:

a. Online Courses and Workshops

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if you have not accessed or downloaded course materials.
  • Once access to course content is initiated (videos, downloads, or live sessions), refunds will not be available.

b. Offline Retreats or In-Person Events

  • Cancellations made 15 days prior to the start date are eligible for a 70% refund (after administrative costs).
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable, though you may request to reschedule for a future retreat.

c. Mentorship & One-to-One Sessions

  • Personalized mentorship or private consultations are non-refundable, as the facilitator reserves time specifically for you.
  • However, a reschedule may be allowed if requested 48 hours in advance.

🔁 3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation:

  1. Email your request to support@viretonaa.com with your order ID, name, and reason for refund.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment gateway.

⚖️ 4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed programs or partially attended sessions.
  • Digital materials, PDFs, audio or video files once accessed.
  • Membership subscriptions and community access fees.
  • Donations and contributions to Viretonaa Consciousness Projects.

💳 5. Payment Disputes or Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but funds are deducted from your bank account, please contact:

We will verify and, if necessary, initiate a manual refund within 10 working days.

🌱 6. Event Postponements or Cancellations (By Viretonaa)

If an event or class is canceled or rescheduled by Viretonaa, participants will be:

  • Automatically moved to the next available session without extra charge, or
  • Offered a full refund of the paid amount (if rescheduling is not possible).

Viretonaa follows a “Conscious Policy” — meaning we value compassion and understanding in exceptional cases.
If you face an emergency (health or family crisis), please write to us. We will review each case individually and support you in every possible way.
