Razorpay requires a delivery policy. Ours is simple: everything is digital, and it starts immediately.

Viretonaa sells digital services only. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier timelines apply. This page exists to satisfy payment-gateway and e-commerce disclosure requirements, and to tell you exactly when each part of your membership becomes available.
1. When your membership activates
- Immediately on successful payment. Your account is created and dashboard access is granted within minutes
- A confirmation email with login details is sent to your registered address within 15 minutes
- If you have not received it within 1 hour, check spam, then email us — we will resend manually
2. Delivery timeline for each inclusion

3. Technical requirements
- A device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, current or previous version)
- A stable internet connection — at least 2 Mbps for video consultations
- A working email address that accepts our messages (please whitelist our domain)
- PDF or image files for report uploads, under 20 MB each
4. If delivery fails
If any inclusion is not delivered within the timeline above, email dramthirugnanam05@gmail.com. We will either deliver it within 3 working days or refund that component in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Service availability
We target 99% platform uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and scheduled outside 9 am–9 pm IST wherever possible. Extended unplanned downtime is compensated with a free extension of your membership period.
6. Geographic availability
Viretonaa is available to members in India and internationally. Consultations are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST); overseas members are offered slots at the edges of our working day where time zones require it. Prices are charged in INR; your bank applies its own conversion rate for international cards.
