These Terms govern your use of viretonaa.com and any membership purchased through it. By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to them. The site is operated by Academy of Elite Doctors, Hyderabad, Telangana, India – 500025.
1. What Viretonaa is
Viretonaa provides preventive cardiology education, cardiovascular risk assessment, lifestyle coaching and health information services on a subscription basis.
Viretonaa is not:
- an emergency or urgent care service
- a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre or pharmacy
- a substitute for your treating physician, cardiologist or surgeon
- a provider of prescriptions, diagnosis, procedures or medical certificates
- an insurance product or a health financing scheme
Where a consultation with a registered medical practitioner forms part of a membership tier, it is provided in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 and applicable National Medical Commission regulations.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information
- Family plan holders confirm they have the authority and consent of each enrolled adult member, and parental authority for any enrolled minor
3. Membership tiers, fees and renewal
- Current tiers, inclusions and prices are published on the Membership page and form part of these Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled
- We will email a renewal reminder before each charge
- We may revise prices with 30 days' written notice; existing members keep their rate until the end of the current period
- Failed payments: we retry for up to 7 days, then suspend access until payment succeeds
4. Payments
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and e-mandate/standing instruction for auto-renewal. We do not store your card or bank credentials. Your use of Razorpay is additionally governed by Razorpay’s own terms.
5. Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate health information — our guidance is only as good as what you tell us
- Continue with your prescribed treatment and your own doctor's advice
- Never stop, start or change a prescription based solely on Viretonaa content
- Seek emergency care immediately for acute symptoms — call 108
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account
- Use the service only for your own health, or that of enrolled family members
7. Intellectual property
All content on viretonaa.com — text, guides, videos, assessments, roadmaps, graphics and course material — is owned by or licensed to us and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may download and print material for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish or use it for training any machine learning model without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to share account access, scrape or bulk-download content, attempt to breach security, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service to harass our team. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, without refund.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your membership is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of income or opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for fraud.
10. No guarantee of outcome
Cardiovascular risk reduction depends on genetics, adherence, comorbidity, medication and chance. We make no promise that membership will prevent a heart attack, stroke or any other event, or produce any specific change in weight, blood pressure or laboratory value.
11. Third-party services and links
We link to laboratories, guidelines and educational resources for convenience. We do not control them, receive no commission from them, and accept no responsibility for their content or services.
12. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your membership for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or abusive conduct toward our team. Where we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of your current period.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to the grievance and dispute-resolution process in section 14.
14. Grievances and disputes
Raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer at dramthirugnanam05@gmail.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. Consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are emailed to active members at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
